Within 14 days after receiving your parcel, you have the right to return (part of) your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Floewi does not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.
Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
All returns are automatically processed into a refund, which will be issued using the same
payment method you used to make the purchase.
If you want to make an exchange, you do this by placing a new order.

Wash inside out
– Protects prints, colors, and fabric from friction and fading.

Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C / 86°F)
– Hot water can cause shrinking or damage to fibers. Cold water is gentler and more eco-friendly.

Use a mild detergent
– Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can weaken fabric and fade colors.
Choose a gentle or delicate cycle
– Slower spins reduce wear and help preserve fabric quality.

Avoid tumble drying when possible
– Air drying is gentler, prevents shrinkage, and maintains shape. Lay flat or hang in the shade.

Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery
– Iron inside out or place a cloth between the fabric and the iron.

Avoid over-washing
– Not all garments need to be washed after every wear. Airing them out can be enough.

Use a laundry bag for delicate items
– Especially helpful for garments with zippers, lace, embroidery, or lightweight fabrics.
