Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code.

Deliveries take place on business days (Monday to Saturday).

Your package comes with a track & trace code, allowing you to easily track its status and expected delivery date.

Once the package is handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with your personal track & trace link.

Secure & Insured Shipping

Send the item back – Drop off the package at a PostNL location and keep the shipping receipt.

Receive your refund or a new product – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your money or send a replacement product.

Return costs: In some cases, return costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
